Tax - Business Tax Services - Corporate Tax Manager
Overview
– EY Private Tax drives high‑growth private company clients. The role focuses on corporate returns, planning, and compliance in a dynamic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review U.S. corporate and partnership tax returns, including foreign partnership and corporation reporting.
Provide tax research, memoranda drafting, and quantitative modeling for private client advisory services.
Identify and communicate significant tax matters to senior leadership.
Liaise with other service lines and subject matter professionals to deliver integrated solutions.
Communicate complex tax issues to non‑tax professionals and clients.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and CPA certification or bar membership.
Minimum 5 years in professional services or tax organization, with ASC 740 experience.
Proficiency with tax software such as RIA, CCH IntelliConnect, OneSource, BNA or Lexis Nexis.
Strong collaboration, negotiation, and mentoring skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Competitive base salary range $106,500–$195,100 (U.S.).
