Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations Sell a suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients Negotiate favorable contracts and maintain strategic alignment with referral partners Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry Proven track record of successful direct selling and strong revenue generation Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail Highly skilled in communication, presentation, and negotiation Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
