What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects
Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales while maintaining strategic alignment with referral partners
Execute a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience in the fintech industry, specifically in Earned Wage Access
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree in a relevant field
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
Strong networking skills and ability to prepare compelling written and oral presentations
