What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a defined market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Execute a repeatable sales process to efficiently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Negotiate favorable contracts and provide periodic updates on sales progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to "C" level executives
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in the following industries: Restaurant Management, Staffing, Healthcare, Retail, and Professional Employment Organizations
Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of training and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
