Staff Accountant – Finance & Accounting

As the Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key part in financial reporting, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration within a supportive and fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform month‑end and year‑end closings, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
Manage general ledger accuracy and reconciliation using Microsoft GP, Excel, and related software.
Lead cash activities such as bank reconciliations, wire preparations, and account management.
Oversee accounts receivable collections and customer account setups in partnership with Sales.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, budgeting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven, team‑oriented environment.

Base salary $60,000–$75,000 per year.
Salary up to $75,000 DOE.
