We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused

Client Service Manager II

to join our team. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch. The Client Service Manager II directly contributes to key business outcomes, including client retention, satisfaction, and enhancing Gallagher’s value to clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex accounts, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence. Account Management

Successfully and profitably manage an assigned group of accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding CSO revenue benchmark expectations. Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care and service. Take a leadership role in the renewal process, partnering with the Production team to deliver the best possible solutions to clients in a high-quality and timely manner.

Client Retention and Growth

Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the client organization, including buyers and day-to-day client representatives. Enhance Gallagher’s value proposition by identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver tailored solutions.

Operational Excellence

Contribute to achieving operating and margin targets by fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Effectively manage competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of client solutions. Utilize technology tools to maximize productivity and quality in client service operations.

Leadership and Collaboration

Collaborate with the Branch Client Service Director or Supervisor to align on strategic goals and objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Act as a subject matter expert on client service processes, procedures, and systems.

About You

Required

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years of supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen and understanding of business metrics. Behaviors and Skills

Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage others in consultative discussions. Comfortably manages and balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner, demonstrating initiative and accountability. Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
