We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income. Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking Align with Xplor’s four core values and be a good human Location: Fully remote in this position, with eligible working rights Required qualifications for this role
