For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively. Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our customer base through relationship building, educating clients on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep clients informed about new solutions that can improve their operations. Respond quickly to inquiries, requests, and complaints; conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales record. Industry knowledge of heavy construction equipment or rental/construction sectors is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
