Remote Inbound Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance. This role handles inbound calls and warm leads to consult on insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders. Represent the Liberty Mutual brand, connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs. Support a customer-centric approach, maintaining integrity while helping customers obtain the quality products and services they need. Work in a remote, paid training environment with licensing included if you do not already hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Participate in training and licensing processes, with schedules including four weekdays and one weekend day (example: 11am-8pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before any shift changes. Paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training includes licensing if not already licensed. 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain; training provided if not licensed. Pay and Benefits
Starting base salary and earnings range: base salary starts around $45K with potential growth; average earnings range from $55K-$75K through base pay and commissions; top performers can earn $85K+ in year two and beyond. Pay details are provided by Liberty Mutual Insurance and may vary by skills, experience, and location.
