Overview

Our Inbound Sales Representative role is a remote, inbound-focused position based in Arizona. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All inbound sales representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Pay and Benefits

Liberty Mutual Insurance provides base pay ranges and explains that actual pay is based on skills and experience. Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Pay details: Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth plus generous commission. Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Additional program notes: Paid training and licensing are included in the program. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all leads are warm or inbound. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Position requirements and schedule: Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. A professional dedicated workspace and wired high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required. Satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Responsibilities

As an inbound sales representative you will: Handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders. Act as a front-lines liaison, representing the Liberty Mutual brand and connecting customers to the right products for their needs. Collaborate with teammates in a remote work setting and maintain a customer-centric approach to service and sales. Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Effective communication with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire (training includes licensing if unlicensed). About Us and Pay Philosophy
