Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation Consult on small business insurance lines including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-performing sales culture Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business What is Required (Qualifications):
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required Must have 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty experience Call center experience is valued Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
