Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide primary-care services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities. Quality/Compliance
Review and sign MARs as requested by facilities, sign all orders specific to Primary Care, and address labs within 24 hours. Manage narcotic prescriptions per policy. Provide facility with adequate time each visit for administrative duties. Provide on-call triage duties as per protocol. Adhere to the triage schedule and policies, updated by provider consensus. Complete documentation and submit billing records per policy. Provide a hard copy of documentation within 48 hours for medical records. Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration. Meet with facility care coordinators as scheduled. Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, procedures, and all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance. Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing care requests or recommendations. Qualifications/Education:
Master's degree in Nursing with a valid state license, or Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification, and licensure in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatry specialization is preferred. About Eventus WholeHealth:
