Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide primary-care services according to site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities. Quality/Compliance: Review and sign MARs, all orders related to primary care, and address labs within 24 hours. Manage narcotic prescriptions as per policy. Provide facility with necessary paperwork during visits. Perform on-call triage duties as per protocol, adhering to the latest schedule and policies. Complete documentation and submit billing records as per policies; provide a hard copy of documentation within 48 hours. Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration; meet with facility care coordinators as required. Adhere to all standards, policies, legal, and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA confidentiality rules. Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing a resident or family request regarding care. Qualifications/Education: Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice medicine issued by the state; current certifications required. OR Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passed the national certification exam, and licensed by the state; specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry preferred.
