h3{Position Summary...} h3{What you'll do...} p{Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and in-stock inventory levels. Manages budgeting and forecasting sales, assesses economic trends and community needs. Models, enforces, and guides Associates on customer service approaches to ensure needs and issues are resolved within company standards. Oversees community outreach and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Provides supervision, development, and training for Associates, ensuring quality eyewear and confidentiality. Builds relationships with stakeholders, supports company initiatives, and promotes a culture of belonging and integrity. Ensures compliance with policies, supports ethical standards, and maintains high performance. Delivers results focusing on customer satisfaction, data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and embracing change. Offers competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits including health, retirement, paid time off, and educational programs. The hourly wage range is $34.50-$46.00, with additional bonuses and location-based pay zones. Minimum qualifications include 2+ years of college or equivalent experience, high school diploma, and eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice.
