We're seeking a
Board-Certified Pathologist
to join our dedicated team in providing diagnostic excellence and laboratory oversight for our veteran population. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve those who served, within a collaborative and mission-driven healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic evaluations of surgical pathology specimens, cytology, and autopsies Interpret and report results of clinical laboratory tests Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and performance improvement activities Collaborate with other medical staff to support patient care and treatment planning Provide consultative support to clinicians and other healthcare professionals Maintain compliance with VA policies and national standards Qualifications
Board Certification in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology (required) Active medical license in good standing Experience in general surgical pathology and cytopathology preferred Strong diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills Commitment to veteran-centered care and continuous quality improvement Why Join the VA?
