Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide primary-care services following Eventus WholeHealth protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine in long-term care settings. Review and sign MARs, orders, and documentation promptly; manage lab results and narcotic prescriptions according to policy; ensure timely administrative paperwork. Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration; meet regularly with facility care coordinators; adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance. Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests. Qualifications/Education: Masters degree in Nursing with a valid license to practice medicine, or Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and licensure in your state; specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry preferred.
