What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the inside sales process, including reviewing sales orders and quotes.
Support and measure inside sales initiatives, tracking team performance.
Research and prepare sales orders and quotes based on customer specifications.
Train associates on computer systems, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Resolve customer service issues and ensure satisfaction through follow-up.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must reside in the specified state(s).
Minimum educational requirement: BS/BA in a related discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in B2B sales.
Proven leadership experience in managing an inside sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the MRO or industrial distribution sector.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Ability to analyze sales reports and identify performance trends.
Strong consultative selling techniques and customer relationship management skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
