What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Sell postage meters and office supplies to existing business clients through high-volume outbound calling

Close sales by overcoming objections and positioning product benefits

Achieve monthly sales quotas and maintain high productivity KPIs (150-200 calls per day)

Navigate complex software systems to record customer transactions accurately

Participate in team development activities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues

What is Required (Qualifications)

1+ years of sales or customer service experience with a strong track record of exceeding goals

Proven core sales skills, including resiliency and the ability to close sales

Intermediate PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet service

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Central Time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Track record of success in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing

1 year of experience in outbound/phone sales with consistent success

Proven ability to work effectively from home
