$95,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Recruiting Manager at Green Key Resources

Lead impactful recruitment efforts at a prestigious law firm. Utilize advanced tools like Workday and LinkedIn for efficient hiring. Drive process improvements and build strategic relationships. Must have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a law firm or legal recruiting agency.

Salary range: 95k - 125k base

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for business support roles, including legal assistants.
  • Prepare job descriptions and source candidates using diverse platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide recommendations for candidate selection.
  • Leverage market intelligence to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal pay grades and external market benchmarks.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate recruitment process effectiveness.
  • Recommend strategies for process improvement to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Support transition from ICIMS to Workday recruitment systems.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for business support roles at a prestigious law firm.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to achieve staffing objectives efficiently.
  • Utilize advanced recruitment systems, including Workday, to streamline processes.
  • Develop strategic relationships with employment agencies and local systems.
  • Benchmark salary offers using internal equity and market data insights.
  • Apply behavioral interview techniques to identify top talent for managerial roles.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize time-to-fill and cost-to-fill ratios.
  • Contribute to process improvements enhancing recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in law firms.
  • Proficiency in Workday and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
  • Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or PHR/SPHR certifications preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multitask effectively.
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and process improvement strategies.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking and market intelligence research.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work environments and collaborative team settings.
