Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by deepening existing relationships and uncovering customer needs, while educating, demonstrating and recommending device and service solutions.

What you’ll do

Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.

Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.

Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and oversee all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.

Sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including unique accessories and up‑and‑coming IoT devices.

Keep the store operational and at its best.

Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding

Demonstrate coverage and connectivity benefits to customers.

Explain how plans and services enable unlimited, connected lifestyles.

Re‑define how wireless is done, handling device inspection, account review and troubleshooting.

Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships across channels

Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless environment.

Identify and handoff small business leads.

Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for company success.

Provide a first‑class customer experience while having a good time.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

Leadership and a competitive drive.

Willingness to lead the team, share best practices, and resolve issues.

Operational, financial and performance management skills.

Excellent communication skills with the team and customers.

Prior wireless sales experience.

At least 18 years of age

Wireless sales experience

High school degree or GED

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Reliable transportation

Full‑time (45 hrs) availability
