What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones while tracking deliverables
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in project management at varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Bachelor's degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE)
Experience within the Insurance or Financial Industry
