Principal / Director – Key Account Sales & Strategic Business Development
Base salary up to $250K (negotiable) | No relocation required | Hybrid / Remote from Seattle
A leading innovator in high-performance SSD and enterprise storage technologies is seeking a senior-level professional to drive strategic business development and key account sales across the Seattle region.
What You’ll Do
Lead market growth by developing strategic relationships within the cloud, data center, aerospace, and high-tech sectors.
Build and expand key relationships with procurement, technical, and executive teams at AWS, Microsoft, SpaceX, and Tier‑1 customers.
Translate customer needs into actionable product strategies while collaborating with cross‑functional product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Identify and execute new business opportunities that strengthen strategic partnerships and drive measurable growth.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in semiconductors, SSDs, NAND, storage, or data center industries.
Proven success in business development or sales with hyperscalers or Cloud Service Providers.
A strong network within cloud or OEM procurement and sourcing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Based in the Seattle area; AWS or cloud ecosystem experience highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA a plus).
Compensation & Benefits Title: Principal or Director (depending on experience)
Type: Full‑time or Contract
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid / Remote, with occasional HQ travel)
Pay: Up to $250K base + performance bonus
