What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress against deliverables

Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders

Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvements

Conduct project reviews and analyze results to troubleshoot problem areas

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-7 years of experience in project management

Proven experience with project management methodologies, tools, and processes

Strong skills with MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint

Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization

Bachelor's degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)

Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE certifications)

Experience in the Insurance or Financial Industry

Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
