What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress against deliverables
Identify, record, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
Experience in the Insurance or Financial Industry
Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
