Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program (SLP) – Finance – Hybrid New Britain, CT | Towson, MD

Onsite Tuesday-Thursday

Pay and Compensation Base pay range: $50,500.00 – $90,900.00 per year.

The Job As part of the SLP program, you’ll join the Finance team to work on rotating projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver projects.

Work closely with functional business groups to ensure efficient solutions.

Lead projects ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Monitor and report status to management, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.

Identify improvement opportunities and suggest changes.

Lead key Finance and Accounting projects to streamline processes and increase working capital turns.

Gather and report KPI metrics globally.

Report project deliverables to the Executive Team biannually.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.

Prior internships in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.

Willingness to rotate every 6 months in new U.S. locations, with possible global opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Office Suite.

Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

0‑3 years of professional experience (internship experience included).

Program Details

Rotation: assignments, projects, and teams are rotated every 6‑12 months.

Hybrid role starting in New Britain, CT or Towson, MD.
