Mishawaka, IN – 4170 Grape Rd
Hours:
40 hours per week (9 am–9 pm, including weekends). Monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.

Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, both in person and through outbound calls.
Participate in community events and support online order fulfillment.
Work in a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a flexible schedule.
Compensation Earn between $40,000 and $63,000 annually, including an uncapped commission structure for top performers.
