What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and execute account plans for new and existing corporate customers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline - Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders - Regularly update the CRM system to maintain accurate records and forecast sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in complex, enterprise software sales - Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based sales approach - Strong skills in managing full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals - Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to drive change in ambiguous situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - College degree preferred - Deep understanding of AI and its application in improving legal department operations - Experienced in developing and executing comprehensive account plans
