Are you a brand strategist who thrives on clarity, structure, and storytelling? As the Senior Associate, Brand Architecture & Strategy, you’ll support the development and governance of Humana’s brand architecture—ensuring every brand, sub‑brand, and product fits cohesively within our portfolio. You’ll help shape how we organize, communicate, and evolve our brand ecosystem.

Key Role Functions

Support the development and refinement of Humana’s brand architecture, including naming conventions, hierarchy, and brand relationships

Conduct research and audits to assess brand clarity, consistency, and alignment across touchpoints

Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Legal teams to evaluate new brand and naming opportunities

Assist in the development of brand strategy frameworks, guidelines, and governance tools

Monitor brand usage and support adherence to architecture standards across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

4+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand architecture, or portfolio management within a corporate or agency setting

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights for the development and implementation of brand frameworks, naming conventions, and brand hierarchy models

Experience managing complex brand systems for portfolio brands in a client or agency setting

Proven success in cross‑functional collaboration with teams such as Legal, Product, Analytics and Research

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries

Background in brand identity systems, naming strategy, and trademark considerations

Demonstrated ability to leverage brand health tracking and insights into forward‑looking brand strategy

Additional Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self‑provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi‑weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range: $94,900 - $130,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
