What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect for new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets set by the organization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM systems

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 7 years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprises with revenues of $500M+

Ability to sell to C-level executives using a consultative and value-based approach

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in enhancing business operations

Self-starter with the capability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree in a relevant field

Experience in corporate sector sales, particularly with legal technology solutions

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Eagerness to contribute to sales strategy refinement and team culture enhancement

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
