Position Overview We are seeking a new team member to join the 737 Quality Factory Quality Team located in Renton, Washington, USA. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and creative thinking skills, utilizing data and analytics to make well‑informed decisions. It is essential that the candidate can effectively collaborate within cross‑functional teams and establish partnerships with senior leaders. The candidate will focus on production stability, implement lean methodologies, assess and perform readiness requirements, and improve quality through root cause analysis.
Position Descriptions
Conduct analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines
Develop forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans
Develop and maintain basic Business System factory definition to be used for manufacturing planning
Contribute to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages
Monitor performance to established labor hour estimates
Assist in the development of integrated tool and production master schedules by developing tool and position plan documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans, #1 flows, and tool sequencing plans to maximize the efficiency of equipment, material and personnel
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math
3 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment
3 or more years proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3 or more years of experience working in a team environment
3 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
3 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Experience developing metrics to drive results and business improvements
Experience in Project Management
Proficient in structured problem solving
Strong analytical skills
Union This is a union-represented position. In locations where SPEEA representation applies, this job family will be covered by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Shift This position is to support 1st shift, with some collaboration possible between 2nd and 3rd shift.

Summary pay range for (Mid‑level): $85,000 – $115,000
Summary pay range for (Experienced): $100,300 – $135,700
