Key Responsibilities
Leave of Absence Administration Coordinate and manage employee leaves of absence, including parental, medical, and personal leaves. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies while providing compassionate support to employees throughout the process. Employee Support & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit offerings. Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. Open Enrollment Support Assist in planning and executing the annual Open Enrollment process, including system testing, employee communications, and troubleshooting enrollment issues. Benefits Education & Seminars Organize and host regular benefits seminars and Q&A sessions to help employees better understand their options and make informed decisions. Vendor & Data Coordination Liaise with benefits vendors and carriers to resolve issues, maintain accurate data, and ensure smooth administration of benefit programs. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline benefits processes and enhance the employee experience through better tools, documentation, and communication. Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits, leaves, or employee support preferred Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, and other leave-related regulations is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills-able to explain complex topics in a clear, approachable way Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with HRIS and benefits platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, etc.) A team player with a service-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others The SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
