What You Will Do
Attain objectives within the assigned sales District in the areas of dealer enrollment, activation, and consulting for the Hyundai-branded Finance and Insurance (F&I) program. Lead dealer conversion to the F&I program, including planning and implementation for dealer income development and F&I office training and support. Drive product penetration for Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance / Maint. Wrap, CPO Wrap, Excess Wear and Tear, GAP, and other protections. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Insurance to develop and execute the District’s sales action plan, prioritizing dealer contact activity. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for dealers in the District on F&I-related challenges. Seek opportunities for personal development and expanded knowledge in F&I product and service delivery; perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring
2-4 years of automotive retail management (F&I Manager experience preferred) or equivalent, plus experience as an Extended Warranty and/or F&I field sales representative. 1+ year of F&I-specific experience (may be included in the 2-4 years above). Menu selling experience and proficiency with the F&I product portfolio; captive experience preferred. Strong dealer conversion, income development, product knowledge, and communication skills. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred; formal F&I training (e.g., JM&A, Pat Ryan, Allstate) preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and ability to analyze and resolve issues with business partners and stakeholders. Comprehensive computer aptitude and written/verbal communication skills. Work Environment
Employees may have extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Work is performed in an office and field environment with extensive travel involved. Additional Information
