Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed financial plans to assist advisors and clients Analyze investment portfolios and recommend rebalancing as needed Prepare client meeting materials and financial updates Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies Manage client data within financial planning software and CRM systems Support daily administrative tasks related to client accounts Stay informed on market trends and financial planning strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning or advisory support Proficient with eMoney, Envestnet, Salesforce, Holistiplan, and MoneyGuidePro Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple client needs and deadlines effectively Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards CFP certification preferred but not required
