Complete the PLACE Launch program Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host a minimum of two open houses each month Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls Work with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at handling objections Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate agent Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Growth-oriented and eager to learn Highly organized Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques About Pawlak Team
