We’re hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers to build intelligent workflow orchestration and ERP automation systems. You'll own end-to-end service design, from backend logic and API orchestration to supporting front-end workflows. You should be excited to work with LLMs, distributed systems, and enterprise integration constraints. Build backend services and APIs powering autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows Lead architecture, design, and full-stack development of scalable web applications using React/Angular, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend tooling, integrated with secure backend systems Use agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) to coordinate multi-step logic, tool usage, and human review workflows Integrate with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, D365) including authentication, schema mapping, rate limits, and retries Design workflows for asynchronous processing, streaming updates, and long-running tasks using distributed queues Support frontend engineers by designing endpoints and contributing UI components in React/TypeScript Contribute to system observability: logs, traces, metrics, and monitoring Design and manage efficient database schemas across SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment Required Skills

10+ years in full-stack or backend-focused software engineering roles Proficiency in Python Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks in production Deep experience integrating with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics 365) including REST/SOAP APIs and schema mapping Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience deploying and maintaining LLM-integrated systems, including prompt engineering and API integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic) Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Experience writing tests for backend services and APIs Design for resilience and observability in distributed systems Familiarity with Dockerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines Willingness to travel domestically around 80% of the time to meet client needs Preferred Skills

Passion for enterprise automation and real-world AI applications Experience building agent workflows or orchestration engines Pragmatic problem solver in startup-like environments Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate) Extensive experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code Experience with Agile methodologies and tools Interest in knowledge-sharing and mentoring with a track record of internal presentations and documentation Compensation and Benefits
