We’re hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers to build intelligent workflow orchestration and ERP automation systems. You’ll own end-to-end service design, from backend logic and API orchestration to occasionally supporting front-end workflows. You should be excited to work with LLMs, distributed systems, and real-world enterprise integration constraints. Responsibilities include building backend services and APIs powering autonomous workflows, leading architecture and full-stack development of scalable web applications, using agentic frameworks to coordinate multi-step logic, integrating with ERP systems, designing for asynchronous processing, supporting front-end engineers, and contributing to system observability and database design. Build backend services and APIs that power autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows Lead the architecture, design, and full-stack development of scalable and responsive web applications leveraging modern frontend technologies (React/Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, MUI, Tailwind) integrated with secure, performant backend systems Use agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) to coordinate multi-step logic, tool usage, and human review workflows Integrate with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, D365, etc.) and handle authentication, schema mapping, rate limits, and retries Design and optimize workflows for asynchronous processing, streaming updates, and long-running tasks using distributed job queues Support front-end engineers by designing endpoints and occasionally contributing UI components in React/TypeScript Contribute to system observability: logs, traces, metrics, and monitoring Design and manage efficient database schemas, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity across both relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment Required Skills
10+ years in full-stack or backend-focused software engineering roles Proficiency in Python Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks in production environments Deep experience integrating with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics 365, including REST/SOAP APIs and schema mapping Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience deploying and maintaining LLM-integrated systems, including: Prompt engineering OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic API integrations Toolchains and fallback strategies Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Experience writing tests for backend services and API layers Capable of designing for resilience and observability in distributed systems Familiarity with Dockerized deployment environments and CI-integrated release pipelines Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs Leadership experience in end-to-end engagement and program delivery; governance, cross-functional coordination, and client/steering committee management Experience developing and scaling service offerings, and improving revenue, margin, and client retention through talent development and reusable IP Built and led high-performing teams, mentoring, and capacity planning Preferred Skills
Passion for enterprise automation and real-world application of AI Experience building agent workflows or orchestration engines Pragmatic problem solver in startup-like, iterative environments Azure or similar certifications DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing strategies, and infrastructure as code Agile methodologies and tools familiarity Knowledge-sharing and mentoring demonstrated through internal presentations and documentation We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
