Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience leading enterprise‑level strategic initiatives, with demonstrated success in project portfolio management, digital transformation, financial strategy, or organizational change leadership in a complex, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPA, MHA, or related) strongly preferred.
