What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create and manage 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity sales opportunities
Present and deliver information efficiently to potential clients
Proactively address potential client inquiries and follow-up questions
Collaborate internally with key departments to enhance client experience and support
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven success in building relationships with key customer decision-makers
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in related SaaS sales
Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the HR industry
Previous remote work experience
Ability to confidently make cold calls to generate leads
Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and meet targets
Aptitude for forming deep relationships across customer organizations
