What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive net new business for the employer as an Account Executive
Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
Proactively respond to potential client inquiries and follow-up questions
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client experience and support
Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluent in German and English
In-depth knowledge of sales processes and ability to achieve sales quotas
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Ability to confidently make cold calls to build sales pipelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in the HR industry
Familiarity with remote work environments
Demonstrated success in qualifying opportunities with multiple key decision-makers
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
