Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Account Executive (AE) Team Manager

to lead and scale a high-performing team of up to eight AEs. This team primarily manages inbound leads, turning strong product interest into new customers and sustainable revenue growth. The AE Team Manager will focus on coaching, process discipline, and performance management, ensuring that every rep consistently exceeds quota while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer engagement.

This role reports directly to the

VP of Sales

and sits within the revenue organization.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Manage the Team : Oversee a team of up to eight AEs, providing guidance, structure, and accountability.

Coach for Performance : Deliver ongoing training and 1:1 coaching to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and average contract value.

Pipeline Management : Monitor inbound funnel health and AE pipeline coverage; ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Process Optimization : Define and enforce repeatable sales processes, SLAs for inbound lead response, and qualification standards.

Data-Driven Decisions : Track and analyze team metrics in HubSpot, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and performance.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

6+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years of experience managing a SaaS AE team of 5–8 reps.

Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in inbound-led or high-velocity sales environments.

Strong command of HubSpot CRM for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Demonstrated success building and refining inbound sales processes.

Skilled in sales coaching, performance management, and talent development.

Bonus: Experience using AI-powered sales tools to streamline workflows and increase sales efficiency.

Salary Range:

$250,000 - $300,000 OTE
