What You Will Do
Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement.
Scheduling Effectiveness: Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely store visits across multiple channel locations.
Store Visit Guidelines: Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and professionalism in interactions with retail partners.
Cluster Routing for Travel: Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and enhance coverage of assigned territories.
Product Expertise: Be an expert on all Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, with the ability to demonstrate key features and benefits to customers.
Merchandising and Brand Standards: Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, adhering to brand standards and visual presentation guidelines.
Training Retail Sales Associates: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: Take responsibility for achieving KPIs and driving unit sell-out through planning and execution.
Relationship Building with Retail Managers: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers to align sales objectives and collaborate on mutual goals.
Field Execution: Drive the execution of field initiatives through daily store visits across multiple channel locations.
Necessary Skills And Attributes
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; proven track record of initiative and delivering results autonomously.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and handling time-sensitive information.
Adaptability in a dynamic environment and strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence retail employees and engage customers.
Professional image and demeanor aligned with Samsung’s values.
Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
Daily travel required; may include overnight stays.
Residents must be within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius of the outermost store for efficient travel.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.
