Job Description
Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement. Scheduling Effectiveness: Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely and efficient store visits across multiple channel locations. Store Visit Guidelines: Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism with retail partners. Cluster Routing for Travel: Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories. Product Expertise: Demonstrate expert knowledge of all Samsung mobile products and ecosystem, with the ability to effectively showcase features and benefits to customers. Merchandising and Brand Standards: Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, adhere to brand standards and visual presentation requirements. Training Retail Sales Associates: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem. KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: Take responsibility for achieving KPIs and driving unit sell-out through planning and execution. Relationship Building with Retail Managers: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives and collaborate on goals. Field Execution: Drive the execution of field initiatives through daily store visits across multiple channel locations.
Necessary Skills And Attributes
Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with a proven track record of initiative and delivering results autonomously. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior; handle time-sensitive and confidential information. Adaptability to dynamic environments with mental and business agility. Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence retail employees and engage customers. Professional image and demeanor in all interactions, aligning with Samsung’s values.
Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays. High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability auto insurance. Daily travel required, may include overnight stays. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius of the outermost store to ensure efficient travel. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.
