Position overview Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. RAMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, build meaningful connections with customers, and develop expertise in uncovering customer needs to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is a learning role; you will work with your team to build required skills and assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operational duties. What you’ll do in your role Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey across online, Customer Care, and in-store interactions. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Engage in side-by-side selling to uncover personalized solutions, including accessories and emerging IoT devices. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expertise. Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching. Digital tools and training Learn to use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating coverage in the customer’s neighborhood and the benefits of our LTE network. Explain why plans and services help customers stay connected and achieve more. Understand device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting processes. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and systems. Relationships and cross-channel collaboration Build relationships with employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify and hand off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for the company’s success. Foster a positive, upbeat team environment while delivering first-class customer service. The ideal candidate will bring Leadership and a competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to lead a team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues. Operational, financial, and performance management capabilities. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members. Prior wireless sales experience. What’s in it for you?
