Our Inside Sales Agent role handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Why Liberty Mutual?

Position: Inside Sales Agent (Inbound Remote). You will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training includes licensing if you do not already have one. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example: 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Remote work requires a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, training includes licensing. 4 weeks training and licensing period for licensed hires; 6 weeks for unlicensed hires (as applicable). Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License; training provided if you do not hold a license. About Us
