Overview Our Inside Sales Agent role handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Compensation Liberty Mutual provided pay range: This range is provided by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

Position details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Texas. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). This schedule may be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. Work-from-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet services are not supported.

Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.

Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
