The Director of Construction will oversee all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Lead and mentor the construction team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.

Profile A successful Director of Construction should have:
15+ years of construction experience
Holds title of Director of Construction, Owner, PX, SPM, or Senior Superintendent
Have leadership experience, direct reports Extensive background in Luxury, High End Custom Homes, project values ranging from $500k - $40M
Proven expertise in construction management and project leadership.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
