An opportunity based in Miami, FL, is available for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to play a key role in supporting a property management’s financial operations. This position involves preparing reports, resolving discrepancies, assisting with payroll, and maintaining accurate accounting records. Responsibilities
Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, and payment. Generate and reconcile reports to ensure financial accuracy. Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies. Support payroll preparation and reconciliations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with policies and accounting best practices. Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions. Proficiency with Buildium or other accounting/property management software is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related office software. AB Hires and Consulting
