We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager who thrives at keeping teams in sync and bringing creative solutions to projects’ unique challenges. Join our Program team in Savannah, Georgia managing a large‑scale K‑12 Capital Construction Program.
As the onsite Owner’s Representative, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of project success, including ensuring progress and technical performance, contract management, project scope, schedule, budget, change management, and project governance. You’ll handle project delivery from conception through completion, manage project team members, provide construction oversight, resolve complex construction issues, mentor staff, build long‑term client relationships, and support program strategy and leadership.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
10+ years’ experience in construction with multiple phases of large‑scale building or rehabilitation projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrate leadership, and resolve critical client and project issues.
Strong knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems, and technology.
Preferred (Ideally)
Prior experience with K‑12 building construction and/or other public projects and large programs.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect license/certification.
Base Pay Range $130,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr
