Job Description And Duties
Limited term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months.
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
The Correctional Case Records Services unit interprets court commitment orders; initiates the criminal identification process, analyzes legal status to determine crime and sentence with applicable enhancements, aggravations, limitations, and Good Conduct Credit; computes parole and discharge dates; directs preparation of legal forms for transfer, extradition, parole, and discharge of persons under the jurisdiction of the Department.
CDCR Headquarters has implemented a new automated system called HRTS to streamline the hiring process. Candidates will set up an account to receive real‑time updates, submit additional information, and schedule interviews as needed. After the final filing date, applicants will receive an email from DoNotReply@cdcr.ns2cloud.com or DoNotReply@CDCR with directions to create or access their account.
