Atrium Health Mercy is hiring a CRNA in Charlotte, NC. The role is within the Surgical Anesthesia Services: Mercy, part of Atrium Health’s Musculoskeletal Institute (MSKI). The position offers varied shift opportunities and opportunities to participate in committees and teaching activities with SRNAs from local nurse anesthesia programs. Responsibilities
Serve as an airway team member and assist with Code Blues and A-line insertion in the ICU as needed. Support same-day procedures on pediatric patients aged 8 years and up. Contribute to anesthesia services across broad case types including general, bariatrics, vascular, spine, urology, and NORA (non-OR anesthesia). Participate in a schedule with days, afternoons, overnight call, and 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour options; weekend and holidays are emergent/urgent cases only. Engage in committees and teaching opportunities for allied health learners and SRNAs. Receive a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and opportunities for salary updates and incentive pay based on performance. Qualifications
NC RN licensure is required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia; CRNA licensure required. BLS and ACLS PALS from AHA required. Pay and Benefits
Base pay range listed: $100,000.00/yr – $204,443.00/yr. New updated salary with entry-level starting at $204,443/yr and a $100,000 sign-on bonus (where applicable).
